One journey, several pieces

Lomprayah describes Bangkok connections to Koh Tao by coach via Chumphon and onward boat. Its booking page lists Bangkok departure options including Pinklao and Khaosan. Check the departure point shown on your own ticket; do not assume every service leaves from the same place.

Before buying a ticket

Write down where you start in Bangkok, where you board the coach, and how the onward ferry is included. Ask what happens if a connection is delayed. Compare the whole journey rather than only the ticket headline. If you prefer to fly, check the onward airport transfer and boat connection before choosing a flight.

Keep your arrival day flexible

Confirm your travel date with the operator, keep the ticket available offline, and tell your accommodation which connection you have booked. Avoid building your first day around an arrival time that has not been confirmed. Current fares and departure times belong on the operator booking page; this guide does not freeze them.

Separately purchased tickets do not establish a protected connection. Tao.tours does not display live fares, seat availability or confirmed service here.
