Chumphon to Koh Tao: station, airport or pier?
Choose the correct Chumphon starting point and make sure the transfer to the ferry is included.
Three starting points to distinguish
Lomprayah lists Koh Tao journeys starting at Chumphon train connections, Chumphon airport and Thung Makham Noi Pier. The station and airport are not the ferry departure point. Choose the listing that matches where you will actually arrive.
If you arrive by train or plane
Confirm the land transfer and onward sailing together. Check whether your specific arrival connects that day, where staff meet passengers and whether both legs are covered by one ticket. Do not assume an early train or flight guarantees a ferry connection.
If you arrange your own transfer
Give the driver the pier name and confirm the ferry check-in requirement with the operator. Keep the ticket and accommodation details offline. Leave room in your itinerary for delays and ask about alternatives before committing to separately booked legs.
